1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, platforms, and services provided by Progentix Limited through Progentix.ai and its related brands and products, including but not limited to Proptix.ai and Uplifta.ai (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 Progentix Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 78172300) with its registered office at 14/1411, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong 999077 ("Progentix", "we", "our", "us").
1.3 By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Specific products or services may also be subject to additional terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase or use.

4.3 All logos and trademarks are owned by Progentix Limited or third parties. No licence to use them is granted without prior written consent.
5.1 The Services may include artificial intelligence (AI) features and third-party data. Outputs are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, property, or professional advice.
5.2 You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any outputs before relying on them.
5.3 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
5.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
5.5 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Progentix Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Services.
6.1 Our Services may integrate or link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of such third-party services.
6.2 Your dealings with third-party providers are solely between you and them, subject to their own terms and policies.

9.1 Force Majeure – We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as technical outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
9.2 Severability – If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
9.3 Entire Agreement – These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Progentix Limited regarding the Services.
